Node 3: Assess Financial Viability

Note: This tool uses proven financial algorithms (No AI) to ensure zero hallucination risks for investors.

The Process:
  1. Inputs: Startup Costs, Annual Running Costs, Projected Revenue.
  2. Scenarios: Create up to 5 scenarios (Conservative, Optimistic, etc.). Click "Submit and Go to Next" to compare them.
  3. Calculation: Select a Discount Rate (time value of money).
  4. Output: The system identifies the Recommended Model, generates a 3-Year Cashflow Chart, and provides vCoach analysis of the metrics.
Node 4: Develop Business Plan

Compile everything into a professional document.

  • 12 Sections: Write content for each section. Use vCoach to "Refine" and polish your writing.
  • Integration: Section 9 automatically imports the Financial Projection from Node 3.

Node 1: Business Overview

Tools > Projects > Create/Select Existing Business Project.

  • Set your Fiscal Year Start Month.
  • Define your Cash Reserve Target (Safety Net).
2
Node 2: Financial Data & Bookkeeping
Step 1: Data Import
  • Option A (Recommended): Connect via Plaid for secure, read-only automatic syncing.
  • Option B (Manual): Import a CSV file.
Columns required: Date, Description, Amount (Negative for expenses, Positive for income).
Step 2: Node 2A (Bookkeeping)
  • Review Queue: Assign uncategorized transactions.
  • Manage Categories: Customize defaults to match your business.
  • Manage Budgets: Set forecasted limits per category for health analysis.
2B
Node 2B: Invoicing & CRM
  • Invoicing: Use vCoach text-to-invoice (e.g., "Create invoice for Client ABC for $400...") or enter manually.
  • CRM (Leads): Import leads via CSV (Name, Email, Phone, Address, Notes). Use vCoach to draft sales plans or emails.
  • Conversion: Create tasks to convert leads to active customers.
  • Aging Report: Monitor overdue invoices. Use vCoach to draft polite reminder emails.
3
Node 3: Strategic Tools
  • Receipts: Upload images. OCR automatically extracts data. Great for tax compliance.
  • Node 3A (SWOT): Analyze Strengths/Weaknesses. Use vCoach to formalize strategy.
  • Node 3B (Forecasting): Perform "What If" analysis.
Example: "What happens if revenue grows 10% but costs rise $1 per unit?"
4
Node 4 & 5: Health & Reporting

Critical metrics to prevent financial blind spots.

  • Node 4 (Health): View Total Income, Expense, and Net Profit Margin. Review vCoach recommendations. Export PDF/DOCX.
  • Node 5 (Summary): Access Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Reports with deep AI insight.
Finalize & Recurring Process
Crucial: Click "Complete Cycle" when data entry is done.

You must perform this workflow regularly (e.g., monthly) to monitor financial health. Ignoring these metrics creates "financial blind spots" that often lead SMBs to bankruptcy.
